Conference on the role of Hormozgan province in the development of sea-based economy was held in Bandar Abbas ,November 21st in the auditorium of the faculty of Marine Engineering of Amirkabir University of Technology.

The conference was attended by the Chairman of Islamic Parliament Marine Committee ;Dr Mansour Arami, Deputy commander of Marine Forces of Sepah; commander Tangsiri, Mayor of Bandar Abbas; Mr.Amin Zadeh, Managing Director of Offshore Ship Building ISOICO; Mr.Rezaeaian , Managing director of the Port Authority and Maritime of Hormozgan ; Mr. Eideni, Dean of Faculty of Marine Engineering of Amirkabir University; Dr. Mousavi Zadegan . ;

At the beginning, Conference Secretary Mr. Saeed Ghasemi Seifabadi after appreciating the marine industry VIPs and sponsors in the conference mentioned the conference topics as follows:

– Maritime industry of   Hormozgan province in Post -Sanction
– Hormozgan students’ role in the sea-based economy .
– Offshore investment opportunities and issues in Hormozgan province
– The use of Hormozgan students plan papers in the sea-based economy
– Paying more attention to the  marine graduates of the province in the matter of  marine economy,

Dean of Faculty of Marine Engineering of Amirkabir University; Dr. Mousavi Zadegan  declared that this conference was held with the efforts of the students and after that Deputy commander of Marine Forces of Sepah; commander Tangsiri talked about maritime security and its importance in securing the whole country .
